USG20 - Port Forwarding Web Server Without NAT Loopback

This is my first go with a Zyxel product. Everything seems to make sense except one thing. Is it possible to setup a web server without NAT loopback on and be able to access the server from within the network? I have a static IP. I've set up the NAT rule and it works for traffic originating outside the network. I've disabled all firewall rules just to get up and running. The problem is a local request to the domain (which resolves to the WAN IP) can't connect to server. It does work when NAT loopback is enabled for the NAT rule. However that causes the server to view the incoming IP as a local ip and not the WAN IP. This is a problem because we have a lot of logic in all over the server that references the static public WAN IP. Even if the request has to go out and come back in, that's fine. But it would be cool if there is just a setting that makes loopback-ed traffic report itself as the WAN IP rather than a local PC IP.
